Context
This laser unit categorized as a high power fiber laser system and research into related water cooling technology. Regarding the product development protocol, the IPG and SPI laser were set as the benchmarks of this field. In this phase, developing a competitive product plan [#1] and unfolding a work plan [#2] are critical inputs to kick off our project.

Product Configuration
A compact unit containing an Pump Laser Module, power supply, and control units is our goal. Regarding the optical units, to achieve no more than 4000-watt output power laser. It consists of 7 units of the 600-watt laser module. Each of them has employed a water cooling panel and dissipated thermal emission by a chiller. The expertises in water cooling fixtures and chillers are theAAVID technology and TONG DEAN, respectively.

Design verification test & Alpha/ Beta sample test
phase tasks, below:

In the EVT and DVT phase, some tests were conducted to prove concepts are worked out, including capacity of dehumidifier for chassis, to read the test report please click HERE, and thermal simulation of electronic components and cooling solution by mechanical engineer team.
